How It Works

Send your item back using a tracked service within 14 days. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Gloam Lighting, a trading name of First Global Business Ltd.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive your item. To cancel, notify us at support@gloamlighting.co.uk with your order number and item details. Once notified, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned, unless they are faulty:

  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sealed hygiene items once opened
  • Hazardous materials

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@gloamlighting.co.uk with your order details and photographs of the issue. Where a fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover any reasonable return postage costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If the item has been used more than necessary for inspection or parts are missing, we may make a deduction from your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Please note:

  • Delivery charges are refunded only where required by law
  • Banks or payment providers may take additional time to process the refund

If you have not received your refund within 14 days of us receiving the return, please contact us.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
