This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered by Gloam Lighting, a trading name of First Global Business Ltd.
Shipping Area & Costs
We deliver to customer addresses within the United Kingdom.
We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 2 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Orders placed before our daily cut-off time of 5:00pm GMT, Monday to Friday, begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Time
Once dispatched, transit typically takes 4 to 8 working days.
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during busy periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control such as courier delays or severe weather.
Delivery Times
The total estimated delivery time is 6 to 10 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
This total includes:

- Shipping time: 4–8 business days

Delivery Delays
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.
If we are unable to deliver your order within 30 days of the date you placed it, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund — contact us and we'll resolve this promptly.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as it becomes available.
You can use your tracking number to follow your order's progress on our order tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Address & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
If a delivery fails or is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply in this instance.
